Short characteristics of the site: Bohemian Cretaceous Basin, upper part of the Teplice Formation. Erosional gully showing yellowish quartzose sandstone of the topmost cycle of this formation. Some medium-sized mushroom-like relief forms are interesting. Cretaceous sandstones are covered by Quaternary loess.
